How long before item is shipped?

Each order is processed as received. Please allow 7 - 10 days for item to be hand-painted. Shipping will be within 1 - 2 days after item has been completed.

When can I expect my gift?

Easch item is hand-painted and customized. Delivery should be approximately 2 - 3 weeks after order is placed. Please allow ample shipping time.

Can I return my item?

Due to the personalization and individual customization, lhsGallery does not allow returns. If you are not satisfied with your item or an error has been made, please contact us to discuss.
Are refunds allowed?

What if an error has been made on my item. ie misspelled word, wrong color, etc.?
